Set Craft designs and executes spaces that have to perform — for camera, for recurring content, or for visitors. We work with directors, production houses, agencies, developers and brand teams from visual direction through build, styling and handover.

A film set may exist for one shoot day. A podcast studio has to work every week. A sales gallery or experience centre has to guide visitors repeatedly and support a business objective. The visual quality matters in all three, but the technical decisions are not the same.
Our service structure is therefore organised around the job the environment has to perform, rather than forcing every project into one generic interior-design process.

These completed projects show how the design process changes with lifespan, camera use and production demands. Experience-environment and real-estate site-branding imagery will be added here only when completed Set Craft project material is ready, rather than substituting unrelated work.

How we define a project scope
We start with four practical questions.
What must the environment achieve?
Story, camera, recurring content, visitor journey, product demonstration, hospitality or customer conversion.
What already exists?
A blank site, an existing location, a floor plan, an approved creative deck, a built shell or an internal execution team.
What needs to be delivered?
Concept, drawings, visualisation, sourcing, fabrication, installation, styling, shoot support or final handover.
What are the real constraints?
Budget, schedule, access, venue rules, technical systems, shoot dates, opening dates and the people responsible for approvals.

Set Craft services FAQs
Do you handle both design and execution?
Yes. Depending on the project, Set Craft can take responsibility from visual concept through fabrication, sourcing, installation and final styling, or work on a defined design-only or execution-only scope.
Do you only work on film sets?
No. Production design for advertising films remains a core service, but Set Craft also works on recurring content studios, customer-facing experience environments, sales galleries, real-estate site branding and decoration-led briefs through Set Craft Decor.
Can you work with an existing agency or director concept?
Yes. We can translate an approved creative direction into spatial design, materials, props, fabrication and execution while protecting the original idea.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes. Set Craft is based in Mumbai and works across India. Team structure, sourcing, fabrication and logistics are planned according to the location and scale of the project.
