Setcraft Decor brings Set Craft’s production-design approach to film and event decoration in Mumbai and across India. We design, style and execute advertising shoots, wedding and festive campaigns, celebrations and environments made for camera.

Flowers, fabric, furniture and objects change how a space feels. We compose them around the story, the brand and the people who use the environment — from an intimate product frame to a celebration with room for movement.
Led by production designer Gautam Kumar, Set Craft brings together visual direction, sourcing, fabrication and on-site styling. Setcraft Decor extends that practice to decoration briefs, with the scope shaped around your location, schedule and budget.

From the wide shot
to the smallest detail.
For filmed work, we plan foreground, background, actor movement, costume and product visibility together. Props and floral density are refined through the camera, with continuity and resets considered during installation.
For events, the same attention extends to arrival views, guest circulation, key photo moments and how the space reads in daylight or after dark.
When the brief also needs substantial scenic construction or complete visual world-building, the wider Set Craft production-design team can carry that scope through.

Review references, location photographs, dimensions, dates, budget and how the environment will be used.
Design & scope
Develop the palette, layout, materials, props and floral direction. Agree the deliverables and quotation before execution.
Source & fabricate
Coordinate rentals, purchased elements, custom props, fabric work and scenic pieces around the approved design.
Install & style
Dress the space and refine the key views. Shoot support, resets and dismantling are planned within the agreed scope.

Is Setcraft Decor part of Set Craft?
Yes. It is a decoration vertical within Set Craft, with the same production-design approach and one point of contact for design, styling and execution.
Can you transform an existing location?
Yes. We assess what can stay and where drapery, furniture, props, florals or temporary scenic treatments can create the required change. Venue permissions and installation restrictions inform the scope.
Do you handle events as well as filmed campaigns?
Yes, we take selected event, launch, proposal and celebration decoration briefs. The projects featured above are Set Craft film commissions and show the design experience behind this extension.
How are budgets and timelines decided?
They depend on the area, materials, custom fabrication, rentals, access, location and installation window. Share your brief and working budget so we can define a practical scope. Set Craft is Mumbai based and works across India.
